Il primo passo per iniziare il progetto è stata la realizzazione un sondaggio per avere una visione più concreta di come la pratica dello yoga viene percepita e vissuta all’interno della comunità sorda. Al termine di questa indagine siamo riusciti ad avere un quadro più chiaro per identificare le necessità per pianificare le fasi successive.
Per l’occasione sono stati creati dei brevi video in LIS, IS e con sottotitolazione, e due Google form.
The first step in launching the project was to conduct a survey to gain a more concrete understanding of how yoga practice is perceived and experienced within the deaf community. At the end of this survey, we were able to gain a clearer picture, identifying the needs for planning the next phases.
For this purpose, short videos were created in LIS, IS, and with subtitles, as well as two Google Forms.
