Bienvenido a Madrid!
Per la seconda pratica ci siamo incontrati al Colegio Gaudem di Madrid. Abbiamo di nuovo pratico lo yoga Kundalini tutti insieme mettendo a disposizione dei partecipanti le varie strategie proposte a Vilnius. Al termine della seconda giornata une lezione aperta è stata riproposta. Come per Vilnius questa opportunità è stata colta con grande entusiasmo e la lezione ha avuto tanta partecipazione. È stato l’occasione di provare i materiali accessibili creati con persone non coinvolte nel progetto.

Welcome to Madrid!
For the second practice, we met at Colegio Gaudem in Madrid. We again practiced Kundalini yoga together, sharing the various strategies taught in Vilnius with the participants. At the end of the second day, an open class was held again. As in Vilnius, this opportunity was embraced with great enthusiasm, and the class was well attended. It was a chance to try out the accessible materials created with people not involved in the project.
